World of INSPIRATIONAL maths

So, how few squares can you use to cover up the given space? There were lots of different solutions - no-one was wrong. It was all about looking for different ways.

We had to use lots of skills....
  • Check that we knew what to do.
  • Slow down to think about how you will solve the problem, talking with your buddy.
  • Not give up but try a different strategy.




We learned...
1. Everyone has a maths brain.
2. Maths is not about thinking fast but thinking deep.
3. You do maths better if you can talk to someone about it.
